Event Registration

For all you wine lovers, this is an event you don't want to miss.  Great wines, great local cheese and a great excuse to get downtown!

Here are the wines picked for this occasion:

We'll pair a creamy goat cheese with Balstar Prosecco and Mohua Sauvignon Blanc: a Belle Chevre with fresh oregano and herbed toast points. Then a nice smooth Gouda with the next two, (with perhaps some green olives to punch up the Garnacha).  Following that, a nice sharp cheddar with the Ergo Rioja and The 75 Winery Cabernet Sauvignon...with horseradish cream and a blueberry marmalade on the side to show how well they go with good food.
